As ur bp is high so u hve to be started on treatment immediately otherwise it will cause cardiovascular, kidney, eye, neurological problems , and without medicine ur bp will not fall into control range ,
So consult doctor
Along with consulting him or her it would be better u adapt healthy living by quitting smoking , alcohol, and take less salt and do brisk walk daily for atleast 30 min.
