Her BP is very high. Kindly take her to the closest ER/casualty so that her BP comes under control. As for food she's likely to have developed gastritis for which she will require an antacid and the following steps can be of help: - Don't skip meals, she may not feel like eating but in such conditions she should have the reduced amount in frequent intervals(i.e. 3 square meals broken down to 5 or 6 as you can tolerate) and slowly increase as she gets better. - Reduce/ Avoid spicy, fried, fatty, junk and oily food - Avoid/ Limit drinking coffee, tea and carbonated drinks to once a day - Exercise regularly(30-45 mins/day) - Increase daily intake of water to 2.4 liters/day - Reduce stress through methods such as yoga/meditation. - Avoid painkillers as it will increase your gastric problems at this moment. Kindly look out for the following problems: - A headache that gets worse or does not go away. - Weakness, numbness or problems with coordination. - Repeated vomiting or nausea (early on) - Slurred speech. - Extreme drowsiness, cannot be awakened. - Convulsions or seizures. - One pupil (the black part in the middle of the eye) looks larger than the other. If she develops any of these symptoms kindly take her to the ER at the earliest.
