BP 140/100 at age 26
For the past six months my bp is in the range of 140\100.Previously it was normal.I do physical exercises as well.

Hypertension at your age is unusual as there will be an underlying cause for the high blood pressure. Visit your physician or endocrinologist who will run tests in a step wise manner to know the cause for your problem.
