Hello mam. We live in a tropical country mam. And seeing current temperatures, 99-100  degree F can be normal body temperature. Feeling of hotness can be due to vitamin deficiency, nerve problem etc. A detailed evaluation and discussion with you about your problems will be required for proper diagnosis and treatment. I would also like to review your previous prescriptions and test results.
Next Steps
Please take online consultation with a neurologist
