At home u can use digital bp machine ...though the most accurate reading is done by aneroid bp(that requires stethoscope ) machine which mostly doctors use...otherwise digital will be easy to handle at home...cuff size is important...too large cuff will give falsly low bp and too small cuff will give falsely high bp..
