Blood coming from motion
Hi sir I'm doing weight loss process due to that I have been taking strict diet i.e gym 2 hr daily..3 time roti...with sabzi 8 egg in whole day, 4 glass mosambijuice.. some salad and daily fish and chicken mixed 600gm... since morning blood is coming from motion 2 times plz help me

Hi Avoid spicy food nonveg egg and take fiber rich food green vegetables n fruits Nonveg n less fiber intake may b cause of the problem your facing It may b piles or fishers Take more food dint stress your self n consult a doctor for piles

Good afternoon, since you are facing this problem, please stop eating and drinking whatever you are been advised. You need to switch to mild food like Moong dal khichadi, Clear soups, Buttermilk, Lemon water. On priority you need to visit your general physician and rule out the medical reason, so the further diet can be suggested. Also avoid eating chilies , Spicy and fried food.
