Visit your nearest dentist for scaling and do warm saline rinses 3-5 times a day. Change your toothbrush to soft bristles. Brush twice daily. Use chlorhexidine mouth wash. You will find relief.
It might be a case of gingivitis you should use a soft bristle brush and if you are a smoker quit smoking take your supplements eat green vegies and if you have underlying systemic disease you should keep check on it .
