Hi, bleeding can be because of poor oral hygiene or vitamin c deficiency.
Next Steps
Brush twice a day with a fluoridated toothpaste. Warm salt water gargles everyday 2/3 times Use mouthwash and floss daily Add vitamin c rich fruits and veggies in your diet like tomatoes, potatoes, amla, kiwi, oranges, strawberries etc

Your oral cavity requires scaling that’s why you are having bleeding from gums. Visit your nearest dentist for scaling and do warm saline rinses 3-5 times a day. Change your toothbrush to soft bristles. Brush twice daily. Use chlorhexidine mouth wash. You will find relief.

It might be a case of gingivitis you should use a soft bristle brush and if you are a smoker quit smoking take your supplements eat green vegies and if you have underlying systemic disease you should keep check on it . Thank you.
