Hi
Bleeding gums is a very common issue and is a sign of weak or unhealthy gums but it should not be taken lightly.
You need to visit your dentist/or periodontist (gum specialist) and get your periodontal assessment done to get rid of the symptoms.
A thorough cleaning or deep cleaning shud be the propable treatment of choice (depending upon the xray findings & how severe the condition is) which can be managed in one or two appointments.
Hi there. Bleeding gums is a very definitive sign of gum disease . You would need a good round of cleaning and specialist will prescribe some mouthwashes that would help you regain the tonicity of ur gums. You could set up an appointment with me( as I am a gym specialist). Sensitivity could occur either due to gum issues or dental caries( most common). I would need to see you to addresss that issue.
