Yes bleaching and whitening are same thing. If done by a dentist properly they are very safe and effective. Veneers involve cutting your teeth a little and bonding veneers on them. Veneers will require to be changed after a few years.

Bleaching whitening are same and good effect with minimum side effects in good hands. Veneers are like lamination to teeth needing some cutting

Bleaching is a temporary option. It helps in clearing out the stains superficially and alters the shade of the teeth. Side effects are short lasting and reversible like tooth sensitivity until and unless there isn’t any major loss or wear of tooth structure. If the stains are present in deeper layers and couldn’t be removed easily, then veneers are the better option. Veneers are usually made up or ceramic and are cemented to the outer layer of the tooth. It involves removal of some portion of the outer layer of the tooth.
