All toothpastes have abrasives which help in removing plaque from your teeth but not whitening. If you want teeth whitening then you can go for bleaching options- like home bleaching kits or professional bleaching by dentist.
Overall the best oral hygiene practice is to brush twice a day with soft brush in upside down fashion and using pea-size toothpaste. Regular use of mouth wash and dental floss keeps your teeth and gums healthy. You can use any toothpaste depending upon flavour and type, there are some medicated toothpaste which are indicated in senstivity cases.
Hi i dont advise u to use any whitening tooth paste on a regular basis..cause thy are having abrasives coarser than ur normal tooth paste and some chemicals what are not required to be used on a daily basis...for whitening there are different procedures and must be used under guidance of a dentist...apart from this all good and popular brands are having satisfactory tooth pastes..check for the fluoride content normaly 1000 ppm in a tooth paste.. best of luck
