Attach pic of teeth, which will help to achieve a confirmatory diagnosis. Are there high iron level in drinking water or local water supply, that can cause black stain. Or may be initiation of decay in teeth.

Black spots means dental caries. Caries is an irreversible process. You should get the treatment done as early as possible irrespective of pain. Treatment will be restoration or root canal treatment depending on the extent of cavity.
Next Steps
Kindly visit dentist for clinical examination and x ray followed by treatment.

Black spots may be a sign of dental caries...If you are not experiencing any pain or sensitivity then the caries is at an early stage and can be treated simply by filling..
Next Steps
Visit a dentist and get it checked
Health Tips
Don't wait too long coz caries might spread  deeper.
