Hello,
I have a white patch on the gum after the last tooth at left side. It was painless. But when I am pressing it with toung some salty test I am getting. So I pressed this area with finger and it became so pain ful.
On the right side opposite to that area I have a small tooth. But at the left side that white patch.
This is wisdom tooth coming out or gum deases on the left gum and why this is slaty.
Kindly help me out.

Ur wisdom tooth might b erupting u get salty taste because of food lodged between teeth n mucosa their so use lukewarm water with salt n gargle evn u may consult me

Hello..sometimes when wisdom tooth is not erupted skin above it becomes fibrosed and appear white..if there is gap in tooth and skin, sometimes food get stuck there and it may give salty sensation..if you are uncomfortable with it, you should get X-ray done and consult oral surgeon for same..
You may be getting the wisdom tooth on the left side. During eruption it may give symptoms of pain etc. X-ray is required to check its position. The gums there are inflamed causing a salty taste. Do hot water gargles and apply zingisol or stolin in that area, 2-3 times a day. If it does not resolve in a few days consult a dentist
