Black spot yellow layer on front teet
Hello,
My 2.5 year son is having black spot on front one tooth and other three teeths have yellowish and brown layer.
Please find attached photo for more details.
Kindly suggest us this decay of tooth.

Hello mam. This tooth decay along with tooth erosion. You can take him to a dentist and get it filled if he is cooperative. If he doesn't cooperate kindly get an appointment with pedodontist to get it filled

This is early sign u hv noticed , dt will b helpful u in prevent ds type of caries, u can go for preventive treatment first like SDF application n dn varnish application dt will arrest d caries at ds stage only n dn u can go wd d restorations of d teeth

This is milk bottle caries. This kind of decay usually happens when the child either takes milk from a bottle or mother's milk during night. The milk accumulates between the upper lip and teeth and cause decay.
At this particular stage teeth will simply be restored back but if not taken care of right away, a more extensive treatment like RCT would be indicated.
