Hello.. The deposits on your teeth is calculus and plaque. Calculus or tartar is a form of hardened dental plaque. It is caused by precipitation of minerals from saliva and gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) in plaque on the teeth. Due to the deposition of tartar, you are having gingival recession as well. Gingival recession is the exposure of root surfaces due to apical migration of the gingival tissue margins. You are advised to undergo Scaling and polishing (professional teeth cleaning) Scaling and polishing is advised every 6 months. It keeps your gums healthy, firm and adherent to the tooth structure. Improves the health of your gums Keeps your teeth clean Improves your oral hygiene.

You're having tartar on these teeth. As a result the gum is also going down away from the tooth. Please visit a dentist for a proper oral prophylaxis ( dental cleaning).
