Black speckles on stool!
So, i was getting upset epigastric region since few weeks. I have completed the course of sompraz d and providac twice a day for 5 days as suggested by my doctor.. Now it had resolved 90% of my issues but it wws not gone completely, so i asked my doctor again, he prescribed me Rifaximin 400 twice a day, rabemac dsr once in the morning and vizylac rich twice a day. So today's the 3rd day of medicine though, i have observed today morning, my stool shape has become normal like a sausage but it has these black dots all over them, just wanted to know if these are normal or I need to get evaluated further physically? Attached a picture(NSFW), please if possible guide me. I am getting anxious!
