Hi dear
Black stool could mean that you are bleeding from somewhere so it's better that you get examined by your nearby doctor so that they can do any additional investigation that might be required to find out the source of bleeding.
O2 is just an antibiotic so it will work only if your problem is because of infection otherwise it won't
