Hello , I am a girl and I am overweight . I want to loss weight , but I don't want to lose my big butt and hips . It will make me feel less attractive about my body . I asked some people what type of squads help me have a bigger butt , and some said that they won't be effective in building a muscle , so what should I exercise in order to have a big butt and hips ?
