As a dietitian, I must emphasize that while diet can play a role in overall sexual health, there are no specific foods that guarantee improved intercourse or lasting longer in bed. A balanced diet that supports cardiovascular health can indirectly benefit sexual function. Encourage your husband to maintain a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Staying hydrated is also essential. Additionally, regular exercise, stress management, and open communication with you can contribute to a satisfying sexual experience. Remember, sexual health is influenced by various factors, and a healthy lifestyle is key to overall well-being in this regard.
