Weight and sex problem
I am 21 just noticing that my body fat is distributed my sex life... It was great in past but now a days I m dull during intercourse plz suggest me food for better sex life.. And reduce bodyfat

Hello ,there is no food to increase libido , have more of fruits and vegetables, drink lot of water , avoid junk ,oily food items ,have food like chapatis, avoid curd ,ghee, ice creams , Exercise daily in morning , sleep well ,avoid worries. .Skipping ,swimming ,cycling burns stored fat . You are too young to worry about sexuality , these changes are due to harmones, you stay healthy and practice safe sex.
