Hello Threptin is good but why protein rich biscuit there are various source of protein like tofu paneer eggs mung sprouts soyabean milk soyamilk.

Hi,Eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism. Include high biological value proteins which are very well absorbed like- Milk,curd,Paneer, Meat,Fish,Eggs etc. Natural sources are well absorbed compared to any supplement.
