Hello, can anyone suggest me what's the good food habits? To maintain fitness, what we have take in the morning, noon, evening and night keeping the budget as low as possible ?

Healthy food at right time with regular exercise is what u need to stay fit !! All this will differ with person to person his or her habits,work and lifestyle !! No fixed formula !!
