Thanks for your query. U need low cale foods. only semi solid foods, max water,fluids, less rice,no junk ,oily foods,take sour curd, lemon & some citrus fruits,.dynamic lifestyles .work 12 hours to get hungry ,thirsty, take regularly work & rest in a balanced way.More specifically help consultant privately.
