Hi,
I have been following the low fat diet and taking 3-4 Kms of walk on a daily basis. I am doing this from around 40 days but my stomach size doesn't seem to be reducing.
Due to crunch office timings I am not able to join gym.
Please suggest how to proceed to get the fat reduced and have a flat belly.

Hi I understand your concern. For reducing belly fat, only walks does not help much, you need to do aerobic exercises with abdominal exercises 4/5 times a week. Along with that have complex carbs which helps in weight loss, green tea, fruits and vegetables to increase your metabolism which helps in belly fat loss.
