My belly fat is increasing. I have control in my diet still unable to reduce belly fat. Kindly suggest proper diet so that my body will be in proper shape.

Only diet wont help you get in shape. While you can lose weight by controlling food intake, exercise is important to tone and tighten it. i have reduced my own belly fat in 3 weeks. it all starts in the mind. so be positive. i will plan diet and yoga and TRAIN WITH YOU TO reduce belly fat. But you have to give some time daily
You need to add crunches and abs workout along with it reduce carbohydrates in diet.
Increase protein intake.
