My 6 year old daughter has started bed wetting at night since the past five six days. Even if she goes to toilet before going to bed, the same thing happens. How to prevent this? She left diapers around a year ago, but this problem has started recently

I am guessing your child was dry at night before this ( secondary enuresis).
Could be constipation, excessive water drinking or If your child has had recent stress in his or her life. Rarely, she may have diabetes or reduced ADH hormone in her bloods.
Options for you:
Reduce fluid intake in the evening, but dont over do this.
Use a sensor alarm that detects wetness and sounds an alarm. Your child then gets up to use the bathroom.
Medicines. Medicines can boost ADH levels or calm bladder muscles.
Therapy (counseling). Working with a therapist can help your child cope with life changes or other stress.
Next Steps
visit your pediatrician for a full workup
