Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi my 7 month old fell off the bed, I woke up to him crying. He calmed down as soon I picked him up and he just went to back to sleep. Should I be watching him while he sleeps? Do I need to be looking for any signs?

Hi thanks for writing to Practo consult. If baby is active don't worry. But yes observe for vomiting, abnormal behavior, unconscious, discharge from nose or ear (blood or watery). Nevertheless its always better to have physical evaluation.
