Hi doc , my 10 mnths old baby fell off the bed last night . there is no bleeding or swelling on her head ...she screamed and cried a lot but was able to consoled her in few mins ... should i be worried ? what to do now ..pls help me ... since it is mid nite i couldnt take her to any doc ...
