No Matter what i do,i always have bad breathe. I brush 2 times. I use mouthwash. But still. Please help

If your oral hygiene  is good as u say than its may be due to COLD n COUGH or acidity  or mouth breathing etc

There are various reasons for bad breath Maintain proper hygiene. Advisable to get scaling done at clinic . Donot overuse mouthwash If there is any gastric issue,get it treated,it can also cause bad breath

Brushing in the correct way is important Along with brushing teeth it is important to clean inner areas of the cheek and lip also Clean your tongue too Drink plenty of water as dry mouth also causes bad breath If you sleep in the day clean or brush after waking up to avoid bad breath Build up of plaque and tartar needs to cleaned periodically by professional teeth and gum cleaning.

halitosis  is due to many reasons if there is any plaque deposition in your teeth than visit to nearest dentist for scaling and oral prophylaxis treatment. Rx Clohex mouthwash three times a day for 2 weeks Sensodyne Toothpaste Fresh Mint two times a day for one month.

Do you have acidity. Or prolonged gap between two meals. Any chronic medication.any signs of dry mouth i.e. decreased salivary secretion(if so,consume sips of water every half an hour) If not, There can be asymptomatic carious teeth associated with food lodgement or between teeth, chronic food lodgement >>improper cleaning of food debris>>accumulation of micro organisms>> bad breath. Orahex pro mouth wash, once a day for 7 days followed by once in every two days.after food. Use Dental floss after every meal. Brush 2 times per day,  after food.
