the reason you are experiencing bad breath is because of the food getting accumulated in the wisdom tooth region as you are not able to clean that area properly even after brushing twice a day( as u said). for bad breath you should use a mouthwash. twice a day. and if the wisdom tooth is troubling you then you should get it removed after consulting a dentist. as long term food accumulation will lead to cavity and gum swelling which will worsen the condition. hope you got your answer. all the best..

Home remedy would be warm saline rinsing 4 to 5 times in a day i.e puting salt in lukewarm water. Discomfort prevails then show to dentist.

Hello sir, your bad breath can be due to food getting accumulated in that region. If it’s causing you too much discomfort you may opt for removal of the wisdom tooth. You can also use mouth washes as they are really effective in such cases.
Health Tips
Swish your mouth after each meal or snack

There may be food lodgement in that area which is smelling bad. Visit a dentist to determine the position of the wisdom tooth If possible to remove the tooth then do likewise.
Next Steps
Use of mouthwash. Don’t use home remedies

There is food impaction in that area.. Because of this it is smelling bad.. Ideally impacted wisdom tooth should be removed/extracted.. Till the time u do not take treatment, start using a good mouthwash..rinse at least 30sec with it twice or thrice a day..
