Hello mam!
Bad breath is due to poor oral hygiene- food deposits, plaque and calculus. Even if you are brushing twice daily, there may be some inaccessible areas like your last molar tooth.
Next Steps
Visit your dentist. General cleaning and polishing should be done if there are plaque and calculus.
Health Tips
1.Brush twice daily. You can use brush with soft bristles so that it can easily cover all those inaccessible areas. Brushing technique matters.
2. Rinse your mouth after every meal.
3. Use mouthwash
4. Use floss.
Follow these steps:
Brushing your teeth twice daily.
Rinsing your mouth between every meal or used mouthwash.
Use fluoridated toothpaste for brushing.
Use floss to clean between teeth.
Visit dentist to determine the exact underlying cause of bad breath
