Bleeding on brushing is a sign of gum inflammation. For this you need to undergo ultrasonic cleaning of teeth at the dentists office. It removes the food particles that have been embedded beneath the gums and will help with the inflammation. That is one cause of bad breath too. Moreover see that you avoid foods that have pungent odour like onion ,garlic etc. Use mouthwash such as Listerine which will also help with the inflammation and bad breath. Use this twice a day. You can use a gum paint for massaging gums
Next Steps
visit a nearby dentist after lockdown for checkup

Visit dentist once lockdown is over for treatment.
Health Tips
Use Stolin R gel toothpaste twice daily for 1 month. Use mouthwash twice daily. Change your brush after every 2 months. Use soft bristle brush. And for complete medicine treatment plan contact on personal chat box.

Bleeding gums are the most common symptoms of gum disease. But it can also point to other health problems. Occasional bleeding of the gums can be caused by brushing your teeth too vigorously or plaque and calculus deposits on the margin of your teeth and gums. This causes bad breath too.
Next Steps
Get professional dental cleaning done once the lockdown is lifted
Health Tips
- Drink 4-5 litres of water daily so that your mouth is nor dry (another reason for bad breath) - Clean your tongue after brushing - Rinse after meals - use a soft tooth Brush and brush your teeth twice daily
