hello, bad breath from mouth could be due to various reasons like deposits on your teeth, food lodged between gums, consumption of pungent food, not drinking water, cold, acidity, not eating food or fasting for long intervals. you need to visit a dentist and get a good scaling (cleaning) and polishing done. brush twice daily, maintain proper brushing technique, floss regularly and rinse after every meal. drink lots of water. if you have acidity problem, you can do baking soda and water rinses. visit an ENT specialist for cold.

hi, mostly in your age group its the poor oral hygiene which causes such issues. we think brushing twice daily, flossing and mouthwash makes sure we never get gum disease but this is not the case. its the brushing technique which matters. please visit a periodontist and get a good scaling done. also learn the brushing technique. also u can use floss regularly but avoid using mouthwash for more than 2 weeks as it can cause staining and a metallic (bad taste which u complain about). also u show signs of sinus infection (very common in that area this time of the year). so please visit an ent doctor to rule out sinus issues. all othe bad breath problems shall get resolved by getting a good cleaning done.
Next Steps
scaling required immediately
Health Tips
stop using mouthwash

You should get a consultation done that weather the smell is due to deposits intraorally or any extraoral cause,if deposits are there you should get a good scaling done followed by regular maintenance of oral hygiene. You can also go for a Sinus view X-ray to rule out sinusitis for post nasal dripping

As most of the things which can be advised you are already doing, additionally you just have to use a tongue cleaner. Apart from that you can get a deep scaling done(as sometimes oral malodor aka bad breathe is due to the deposition of plaque, calculus, food debris in the deep periodontal pocket) Generally it has been seen according to a study 78% positive results after deep cleaning  (subgingival scaling) followed by subgingival irrigation with 1% chlorine dioxide(fresh Chlor mouthwash). -Dr.Shashank Vijapure MDS(GUM DISEASE SPECIALIST)
Next Steps
1.You should get a consultation done and know whether bad breathe is due to oral or extra oral reasons. 2.Rule out all the possibilities of oral causes. 3.stick to a treatment plan 4.Get a counselling done.

There are various reasons for bad breath. First we rule out the oral reason by doing through oral prophylaxis which includes scaling polishing deep cleaning tongue clining etc.    If there is any gum infection like periodontitis that is also attended with medicines.     If still bad breath continues then it cud be due to sinusitis or any throat infection that you have mentioned. Consult ENT for that.    Then there are certain medical conditions like diabetes which also lead to bad breath.      Lastly there are certain foods that cause bad breath. So it needs to be analysed first.
Next Steps
First visit a dental surgeon and rule out any oral issues. then think of anything else
Health Tips
Maintain good oral hygiene. All the best.
