Hello sir there are so many causes for bad breathe... some of them are
CAUSES
**poor oral hygiene
**Gum disese
**Certain foods (Garlic, onion)
**Sinus or throat infections
**Diabetes
**Lung infection
**Kidney / liver failure
**Gastrointestinal issues

Bad breath has many reasons some of which are local and other could be systemic. Local causes include plaque accumulation, tooth decay, periodontal problems and pockets and systemic conditions including alcohol consumption, diabetes, less water consumption, kidney problems and other bodily diseases.

Go for a professional check up again to rule out these causes. Just getting tooth cleaning done might just not help in cases which are of systemic origin.

there are many reasons for bad breath..may you have dry mouth or mouth breathing habit. So consult dentist go for a checkup again.
