Backpain, due to Diac bulge
Dear Sir, I have disc buldge issue and iam doing exercise regularly, but recently iam seeing some swelling in lower back if I do more walking or standing and leading to uncomfirtable, taking rest is making swelling reduce. Kindly suggest.

Chiropractic Mobilization will help. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Next Steps
meet an experienced physiotherapist with all the investigations take pain relieving modalities.. do supervised core n back strengthening exercises.. atleast 5-7 days learn n strictly follow posture n ergonomic advice..

Hav u met a physiotherapist before starting exercises? Consult a physiotherapist- he wil plan out ur treatment and wil guide u for the exercises
