Your symptoms point towards urinary tract infection.Urine results are not conclusive.If you continue to have those symptoms ,repeat the urine analysis using early morning midstream sample. Drink plenty of water and use urinary alkaliniser powder 3 times a day.

Your pain in left side below chest doesn't mean stomach. It's spleen. Back ache, urine burn, pain in left leg-  says urinary infection But your blood work says Anemia We have Renal involvement

There is mild infection.take plenty of liquids .syrup alkasol 10 ml in a glass of water,thrice daily  for 2 days.
