I have been having urin irritation and if i walk or work then feel so tired n there is pain in left foot paw n paw joint and i am not starving and some times when i urinate with yellow urine ...

Urine irritation at this age will be mostly due to urinary tract infection.
U need to drink plenty of water and should get done urine routine test.
According to report antibiotics can be started
