Backpain after c section
Hi, It's been 2 months since I delivered through c section. I have started some mild excercise on alternative days.. I have a severe back ache now. Please recommend a suitable painkiller. I do breastfeed.

Hello As it's 2 months and you are breastfeeding, I would suggest you to take paracetamol and thiocolchicoside tablet for pain. Hot water bag fomentation to be done. Look after your posture while feeding the baby. Please take advice from your gynaec doctor regarding the same. Avoid bending down and lifting weight. Keep pillow under your legs to keep them folded while lying on your back.
