Usually this is how low back ache presentation is depending on your side of disc protrusion or other spinal abnormalities. Unlikely it will be pelvis or hip which will present like this scenario. Due to your young age you shouldn't be neglecting such pain. Meet a orthopaedician and get some x-rays or spinal MRI scan if needed. Normally painkillers and physiotherapy should work. Stop all bending activities and weight lifting and do normal walking.
