U should visit to the Physiotherapist who can help in getting relief from back pain and prevent it to reoccurring. U need strengthening exercises and get done posture correction and follow ergonomics.

It may be due to posture problem. Don't be in same position for long time. Have a small walk after sitting for 20 mins. Maintain your correct posture while walking, sitting & standing.
