How many times i have to do exercise after 2 days of acl surgery .on bed exercise suggest by physiotherapist.

U need to take post operative physiotherapy rehabilitation for 30days & followed by weight training under a senior sports physiotherapist. Don't do self obviously u will loose ur quadriceps muscle girth

Thrice a day for 4 days then you can do every 3hrs depending on the improvement and condition of the leg movement and pain. Its better if you first do it in the presence of therapist to check if you are doing it properly in a proper rythm, if he's sure you are performing correctly then you can do it on your own.

Every day 3-4 times aday u can do mobilization exercises and strengthening exercises each time u can do 7-10 repetitions each exercises Later 2 weeks u can walk and do gait training a long with strengthing exercises.

Every 3-4 hours you can do on bed movements, ROM and strengthening exercises should be not more than 3 times per day with 10 repetitions. After two weeks increase the repetitions to 20
