Get your thorax opened up and reduce the fascial adhesions on the vessels through vascular Practioner in your area. Understand your body better first there is change in the pressure system of your thorax that's your rib cage and your abdominal container where your other organs are. The change in the pressure system influences the heart to pump more that stresses the circulatory system to be in always a ready mode plus if she is always in a fight fright situation or anxiety or in stress that also increases the chances of vascular contractions and densifications due to poor structure. Address the thorax and vessels.Get them released with the global approach of structural integration near your area. Look out for Fascia Practioners and experts who would understand your problem better. Pathology can be at least managed and you can acquire a pain free body
Your mother will need a medical supervision like to monitor her BP. And vitals on regular basis….well in physiotherapy she can do deep breathing exercises as well walk for 10-15 min daily… whereas if she have symptoms like dizziness and discomfort in chest take her to the hospital immediately… and ask her to sleep properly and manage her stress as well… and don’t let her lift the heavy lifting and bending forward..
Next Steps
Try basic deep breathing exercises and stress management
Hi, as per my suggestion never do exercise in pain as exercise can increase your pain because bone alignment is wrong which will lead to wrong muscle training instead take treatment with physiotherapy.
Hey there!
I can understand your problem.
She is 54. Yes exercise can help her to maintain her blood pressure.
Exercises cannot replace medicine for blood pressure. But definitely it will complement and help her to maintain blood pressure.
Morning Walking, breathing exercises and Pranayam can help her to strengthen heart and lungs. Sitting in sunrays during morning can help her to maintain her bp.
She can engage herself in activities which she loves.
Lastly ask her to think less and move a little more!
If you need further help consult me online.
Regards
Your physio
For high bp should see a doctor to check the cause and adjust medication if needed. Breathing exercises can help, but a proper assessment is important to understand what’s causing it.
