I am not getting time in the morning after waking up to exercise because I have to get my daughter ready for school. Can I exercise after breakfast? Usually I have breakfast around 9.30.
How much time after having breakfast can I exercise? What should be the gap?
One more question - can I take bath after exercise?
Please let me know 🙏

Atleast 1hr gap you can prefer after breakfast
But depends on type of exercises
You can exercise in any other time of the day as well however its convenient to you
Can do exercise after meal but differce should be 1 hour gap between them ……. In my opinion 1st do exercise then after 15 min take shower from lukewarm water after that do some meditation for 10-15 minutes then take your breakfast…
Yes you can do exercises after breakfast but atleast one hour minimum gap should be given but orefer to do exercises before breakfast.
Better if you do exercisea at first and then breakfast and then you can take bath after exercises.
Response:
It’s great that you are prioritizing exercise despite your busy schedule. Here are some recommendations for your queries:
1. Exercising After Breakfast:
Yes, you can exercise after breakfast, but it’s ideal to wait at least 1 to 1.5 hours after eating. This allows your body to begin digestion and prevents discomfort like bloating or cramps. If you plan to do light exercises like walking or stretching, you can start sooner, around 30–45 minutes post-meal.
2. Optimal Gap Between Eating and Exercising:
• Light exercises (walking, yoga, stretching): 30–45 minutes after breakfast.
• Moderate to intense exercises (running, gym workouts): 1 to 1.5 hours after breakfast.
• If time is a constraint, opt for a small, easily digestible snack (like a banana or a smoothie) before exercising instead of a full meal.
3. Bathing After Exercise:
Yes, you can take a bath after exercising, but it’s best to wait at least 20–30 minutes to allow your body temperature and heart rate to return to normal. A lukewarm bath is better than a very hot or very cold shower to prevent sudden blood pressure fluctuations.
YES! Absolutely you can do exercise even after your break fast it’s completely ok you can do after 1 or 2 hour. You can take bath after your exercise it’s also fine you will feel better and energetic after bath.
You can do exercises as per your convineince. But difference between exercises n food( last meal) should be ideally 2 hours. Yes u can take bathe after exercises leaving adequate time between 2 activities
