Back side of the Head swollen
Got hit on the back side of the head while playing ... Slightly swollen on the lower right side of the head.. should I give hot press or cold press..pls suggest

You can apply an ice pack wrapped in a cloth over the swollen area for 10 minutes 3 times daily .
If the swelling is associated with severe headache visit a nearby hospital
