⢠Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Greetings, sorry about the pain. your back pain is due to flexibility issue at back which can be corrected. Not an issue.
Next Steps
get to see a physio who has knowledge about trigger point therapy and posture correction and your back pain will subsided to 40% in first week of treatment. and in next couple of weeks remaining 60% will subside.tim over a period of 3 months you should be normal as before and follow up visit to physio as recommended should be maintained.
