Back pain problem
For the past 3 yrs I have been suffering from back pain sometimes it get cured automatically. I use to do some excercise related to back at home. Can't this be cured permanently???

Upper or lower back ? Any history of injury or lifting weights or diabetes or thyroid disease? Pain confined to back or it radiates down the lower limbs? Professional profile? Get yous self checked by orthopaedic near by you. Get your physical examination  done to rule out is this prblm related  to spine . As you said back pain since three years. Get vit d , vit b12 , calcium level check. Physiotherpy to get your back and core abdomen muscle strengthening , hip abductor muscle strength and gluteus max muscle strength. For all this stuff either consult us or visit your local Orthopaedic doctor

U need to get a physiotherapy session for learning exercises for back and then do it regularly at home. Only exercise and activity modification can only cure this permanently
