Back pain on right side above waist
I am having a backpain from last 2 days on my right side above waist at a single point.It hurts while bending and pressing at that point.I tried hotwater bag but was relieved only for sometime.It gets worse during morning once I woke up. I am a software professional so I am not sure if it's due to long sitting or bad posture while sleeping.
Any advice would be appreciated.
