Constantly having pain in back & giddyness. Not able to walk at all due to giddyness. Problem with headache too. She is a working women. She stitches women clothes at home since 12-15 years.

Well her back pain probably would be due to her posture...she needs to make sure that her back is getting adequate support....giddiness may be due to hypoglycemia,anaemia,lack of proper ventilation,ear related causes etc.....we need to examine her to know the cause...thank you
