Back pain and cervical spondylsis
Problem started 3 yrs back when i tested vitamin D deimficient...since 3 yrs i m suffering from cervical spondylsis as well as lower back pain and now my leg also start paining sometimes its extreme...i get bit releived when i sleep on hard surface..pls suggest me

Needs clinical examination . Leg pain n back pain could be sciatica. Neck / upper back pain could be postural.

I presume your profession to be desk work & laptop use. It is your prolonged sitting in awkward postures that is responsible for the progressive increase in intensity and frequency of pain. Spondylosis is not a disease but just a reflection of wear and tear. Focus on sitting properly, working in a neutral ergonomic environment and do the appropriate exercises.

U need to be examined , take tab pregaba 75mg for relief , and do neck and back strengthening exercises
