I presume you mean inflammation and not infection. It will take care of pain, spasm and inflammation to some extent but do it under guidance. What is your profession? How much is your sitting time? The type of pain.

Flexura D tablet if for reducing pain and spasm.. It won't treat infection.. Do you have any infection in body.
