Dear Lavanya first u find what is the problem in spinal Cord. Because of ur having pain last one year. so many causes for back and neck pain. For u r pain u have maintain body poacher while sitting,sleeping. avoid overstrain and stop bending and wait lifting. And fallow some stretching exercise. Strengthening exercise. Daily. If u don't find any relief in a week u better to consult physiotherapy doctor near by ur area.

Dear lavanya, try to start some workouts specifically for neck and back. Neck and back muscle weakness sometimes causes long term pain also visit your physio so that they can guide you.
Focus more on stretching and then strengthening.
There are many reasons for back n neck pain.
I advice you to visit a good n professional physiotherapist and get yourself examined n diagnosed.
physiotherapy will definitely help relieve ur pain.
